All items are brand new with original tags and bags, unless the listing says otherwise. Every pre-owned item is marked “(Pre-Owned)” in its title and description, and is only sold in our Pre-Loved collection. Some of these pieces may also appear in our Clearance collection. If a listing doesn’t say “Pre-Owned,” it’s brand new.

Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 1 to 2 days across Canada and 2 to 4 days across North America.

Shipping is free worldwide on all brand new items. Pre-owned items ship for $15 CAD. Orders with both brand new and pre-owned items ship free when the order total is above $135 CAD.

All sales are final and we do not offer refunds or returns, except when an item is proven inauthentic (see our Authenticity Guarantee). Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for items that are brand new, unworn, and have their original tags and bags. A flat $50 CAD exchange fee applies.
